We stand behind our mobile repair work. We guarantee that all labor and qualifying parts provided and installed by Aven Autoworks will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
1. Warranty Period
Labor: Covered for [e.g., 12 Months / 12,000 Miles], whichever comes first, from the date of service.
Parts: Covered according to the manufacturer’s parts warranty (typically [e.g., 12 to 24 months]), provided by the original parts supplier.
2. What Is Covered
Workmanship: Errors or failures directly resulting from improper installation or repair procedures.
New Parts: Replacement components supplied directly by [Your Business Name] or our approved local vendors that fail due to a manufacturing defect.
On-Site Re-Inspection: If a covered failure happens within the warranty period, we come back to your location to inspect and remedy the issue (subject to scheduling availability).
3. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
Customer-Supplied Parts: If you provide your own parts, no parts warranty is offered. Labor to install them is only covered if the failure is proven to be a direct installer error, not a part defect.
Normal Wear and Items: Brake pads, wiper blades, filters, belts, and light bulbs subjected to normal operational wear.
Secondary or Consequential Damage: Towing fees, car rental costs, hotel stays, loss of wages, or damage to other vehicle components caused by a delayed stop after a symptom appeared.
Misuse & Neglect: Damage caused by racing, off-roading, overloading, accidents, or failure to follow proper fluid levels/maintenance after our service.
Pre-Existing Issues: Subsequent failures of related, unreplaced parts on the same system (e.g., a new water pump failing because an old, unreplaced thermostat stuck closed).
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Stop Driving Immediately: If you notice a suspected issue or safety concern with a repair, pull over safely and do not continue to drive the vehicle.
Contact Us Promptly: Call us at (Your Technicians number) or email (coming soon) as soon as the issue arises. Do not authorize a third-party shop to tear down or repair the work without our prior written consent, or the warranty may be voided.
Inspection: We will schedule an on-site visit to inspect the vehicle. If the failure is covered under this warranty, parts and labor will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you.
